ESA Medical and permitted work

The OH has another ESA medical coming up and has recently started some permitted work. Do they ask about this in the medical/are they aware if someone is doing permitted work or not? I'm worried they are going to focus on why he is able to do some work but not full time. Thanks

On the assumption that the DWP know, then it is usually included in the file sent to ATOS, so he should expect to be asked about it.0
