Are these competitions for gals only ? If you are a guy can you enter and just take the Hotel Stay and Meal ? Just wondering when they ask you your gender it would seem to imply that they want ladies only ? I would have thought that that was against the law on gender discrimination ??

catkins, I don't think the "are you male/female" question relates to the comp. It is their sneaky way of segregating the email promotions. Wouldn't be much use to them if they sent a man a promotion for an eyelash curler or hair tongs, and equally not good to send a lady a promotion for a beard trimmer. Before the PC brigade jump in, both females and males have my genuine good wishes if they wish to shave their beards or curl their eyelashes/luscious locks.
