Trethowans Lose in Another Aintee NHS Case

Pepipoo is reporting another victory over a Trethowans pursued case on behalf of Aintree NHS Trust - Read Here -go to Page 5 for court report.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Good news - but annoyingly it's just even more of our public money wasted by this Hospital Trust, on paying a solicitor to act as 'chief sledgehammer to try to crack a nut'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Before this case they had paid Trethowens £116,000 and there are two more running at the moment that we know about!

Oh and they were for that £116,000 chasing £8,500. Even if they won every one they would be behind £107,500 utter madness!
  • This is the stuff that should be reported to the papers. There is a lot of attention paid to public sector profligacy and rightly so.
Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!
