ISO is the standard car audio connection. When I put a JVC CD changer in my 1991 Honda Civic 6 months ago, I got 2 cables, JVC Head to ISO socket, and ISO plug to Honda socket. Try Ebay.0

To be honest, the adaptor plates and harnesses are so cheap for Fords that I'd buy a new head unit with MP3 playback and maybe even bluetooth for a similar price.
Likely to last longer as well as if you plug in an SD card there are no moving parts.0
