Ideas for a family holiday at Easter for extended family

Has anyone got any good ideas for a 4-5 day hols over Easter for 4 adults and 4 children ages ranging from 75 to 10 (incl a 16 yr old boy). Want to be able to drive so UK or Northern France.
Want at least 4 bedrooms.
Lots to do and an opportunity to extend the hols if some of us want a longer stay.
Any ideas.

Try Duirell in Holland Brilliant pool and theme park should be open. Lots to see and easily get to Amsterdam. You can hire a lodge there or go with any of the mobile holiday companies. There are plenty of threads on here to give you an idea of what it is like if you seatch. Also "sunparks" in Belgium are nice.0
