Ours stated it must have a notice for 7 days, in that time we could not complete. Others could still put in an offer up to completion.

As you will see on your other thread, it's ongoing with more updates today.

This 7 day thing confuses me. Am I right in assuming that because no one came in the seven days, they don't need to publish the next offer? I assume they will see if we will beat it?!

With ours every offer over the previous one is published in the paper if you won't offer more yourself. So it could go on for ever, hence why our last offer stipulated that it would be our final offer and the condition not to print but they wouldn't agree to it.

Our seven days were up 3 weeks ago, I would check with your estate agents if they keep it on the market until exchange of contracts. The seven days meant we could not exchange during that time to allow interested partys time to make an offer, not that they would only accept offers in that time.

Yes, once a higher offer is submited the 28 day process starts again, with another 7 day notice.

    This is worrying!

    Is yours a bargain price?

I was under the impression that that's up to the discretion of the seller to publish another 7 day notice . Your seller obviously wants as mych as !!!!ible
