zoold's source gives figures from 2009. These sources HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE have figures from 2010.

They have BBC1 at 6.5m and ITV at 2.3m (and/or give totals of 8.8m for 3pm) with BBC2 having 0.8m at 5pm.
