I have just registered with them online in order that I can give my Equigas meter readings. Was this the right thing to do? It is a bit confusing because they don't mention Ebico anywhere, now I am concerned that I have done the wrong thing. On their home page it had a section for e-billing and it mentioned meter readings under that, so I thought that was the right bit to go for.
Reassurance please - I don't want to do anything to muck up my Ebico account!
Thanks.

WHat is Ebico?
Ebico is my gas supplier, but their billing is administered by Scottish and Southern Energy. I was just a bit confused about signing up for e-billing on Southern's site when there wasn't any mention of Ebico. I thought they must have their own bit on the website, but couldn't find anything.
If you want to know about Ebico, there have been loads of threads about them on here! They are great!Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0 -
From previous posts on this forum as far as I'm aware you just register on the Souther Electric website to manage your account, so yes you have done it correctly.
