Hi guys,
Am putting a powerpoint together and am putting an .avi video clip in it.
When I play the .avi on its own it plays fine, but when I put it into the presentation there is sound, but no picture.....
Anyone help me out with a bit of trouble shooting here...
Cheers

hmm what version of Powerpoint are you using? It could be a codec issue... Powerpoint would use your default media player to play the video so if its an old version of windows media player and your playing an avi codec version which isn't supported that could be one reason?[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

Oh.. and as strange as this sounds, navigate to the file.. change the extention to .mpeg and try re inserting it.
You may find that fixes the problem... something to do with a powerpoint bug[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."
