Dells integrated sound

Is this integrated audio with surround sound from Dell any good? I want to mailny use for listening to music, watching TV and dvds.
Last week when I was looking at it I could customise it and upgrade to a better sound card such as sound blaster, but for some reason Dell doesn't offer that option anymore. They keep changing there specs
