The film is usually one big file but you'll often have a lot of smaller files for different aspects of the DVD; such as menu screens, unshown extras etc.
So you can usually watch the film straight from the big film without the others.

you shouldn't be downloading blah blah blah

vts_xx_x.vob files are part of a DVD and usually quite large 0.99 GiB.
You would need to rip the video to either a very large Mpeg2 file or re-encode it using a more efficient codec such as Mpeg4 ASP XVid or H.264/x264.
I'm not going into that as what you are asking is clearly breaking copyright law.0 -

Sounds like you've downloaded the DVD file structure - a folder called VIDEO_TS containing a series of files ending in VOB, BUP and IFO?
You simply need to burn this to a disc using appropriate software (CDBurnerXP or ImgBurn are free) and it'll play back on any DVD player.
If you want to watch and share it on computers then you'd be better to convert it to avi format using Gordian Knot, but that's a considerably more complex operation.I'm dreaming of a white Christmas.
But, if the white runs out, I'll drink the red.0 -
