I have been using Facebook sales and wanted sites, this is where facebookers sell or offer services using a facebook account, what are my rights is something goes wrong with a service or something that I bought from it?
Thanks.
David

The same rights as anywhere else.countryrowe wrote: »I have been using Facebook sales and wanted sites, this is where facebookers sell or offer services using a facebook account, what are my rights is something goes wrong with a service or something that I bought from it?

Do you think they might be different?0 -
Depends on whether the FB account holder is operating as a business or offering private sales, yes?
But granted - in either case the fact that it is Facebook is not relevant. What matters is the business/private aspect of the sale.0 -
I think most of these are just second-hand goods sold as one-offs by people on facebook, in which case the guidance on the site about things being 'sold as seen' is relevant - if something went wrong, there is limited comeback against the seller.0
