Hi,
I'm in the first stage of claiming back my bank charges and i'm a little stuck.
I have contacted the bank and requested the last 10 years statements which they have sent me. I have added up the total amount they have charged me and gone to the interest calculator on the web sit to work out how much interest I should claim. However, this only goes back to 1999 and my charges go back to 1996.
Can anyone please advised me how I go about working out the interest for that period.

You can only claim back the last 6 years so you don't need to work out that interest. With all of my dietary restrictions, I'm left with lipstick and water0
