Snapshop mug?

I applied for the code on Friday evening & got it through tonight, so they should all be coming through soon. It took a few attempts at processing the code though, it accepted it then kept saying it was invalid when I tried to go through to PayPal to pay the P&P, even though the total had been reduced by £7.99. Very odd, but it's gone through now.

I'm having trouble getting the code to work - it said it had but it keeps then telling me it isnt recognising it, hope it doesnt go through twice

I tried to claim a free mug but the link that was sent by e-mail is invalid.
Have tried to buy the mug through the normal site but the redemption code is invalid at the billing & shipping page.
Is this a deliberate con to put us off claiming a mug?

My email was invalid aswell, use the code in the email and go through the website normally, when you get to checkout make sure you put code in redemption box not coupon box

It told me the code had already been used once ... yes by me but it never went through!
I think its a glitch more than a con.

I had trouble with my emailed code, so I phoned the helpline number and a very nice customer service lady entered a credit on my account instead, after providing her with my email address. My collage mug is on it's way.

My code didn't work either but they were very helpful and quick with a solution/workaround when I emailed.

I got the code emailed for the free mug (only pay P&P). I have typed in the code in capitals (not copied and pasted it), and it just says it is not recognised. Typical .. prob wont get resolved by the closing date of 15th Dec. What a shame as I would have loved this.
