has anyone tried to use the code for a free mug from Martins moneysaving email for free mug from snapfish? I tried and it wont go through as says code not started yet?

I ordered one yesterday too. You have to use all CAPS and don't copy and paste.

Just tried to redeem it all in capitals and no copy and paste. Says promotion not yet started and when I tried asking on Live Chat they directed me back here saying it's a MSE promotion. Not very helpful at all

BUT when I clicked on the link on Martin's site the Snapfish site said they would send instructions within 7 days on how to redeem. Maybe it's a way of stopping people trying to get more than one....?

Hope so as it's a total bargain!!

Looks like you must have tried it just after they changed the policy

They've put an update on the MSE page about it:

MSE Update Thur 1 Dec 2011, 10.30am: The instructions on how to get the deal have now changed, please see below.

What's the deal? New and existing Snapfish customers can get a free personalised photo mug usually £7.99, you just need to pay £1.99 p&p. The offer ends at 11.59pm Fri 2 Dec 2011.

How do you get it? Sign-up or login to the special Snapfish page by end of Fri 2 Dec. Within seven days you'll be emailed a unique code. Select the 11oz single photo or collage mug and enter that code at the checkout before Thurs 15 Dec 2011. The last order date for Christmas is 16 Dec so this should arrive on time.

The detail: One free mug per person and can't be used with any other offer. New customers will also get 50 free prints (6×4). Newbies can't get any other offers on top, only the free mug and the free photos. If you order the free prints you'll pay an extra 99p delivery.

Go for the colage mug and not the photo mug. I was very dissapointed with mine. They printed my photo wonky and the photo covered less than 1/4 of the mug's surface.

So instead of a photo mug I ended up with a mug trhat was 3/4 white! Photobox wrap the photo around the whole mug, they do it properly.
