£3.23 added to VSP today...total for #129 now stands as £37.70!

£6.34 transferred for me (just in the nick of time too, as when I clicked back on accounts something else had come out and my amount would have been lower. )

My new total is now £105.44!!!! I've broke the £100 mark, and put the £90 back in that we'd 'borrowed' when short. Hopefully soon we'll be at the point where we don't need to borrow from it, but until then I'm happy as long as we are able to put it back.

Harrywillsucceed - if you go into forums and have a look at the debt free wanna be subsection you will see a thread called save £10 a day ......(whatever the current month is.....) challenge. All the ideas about how to do it are listed on there. Some people opt into the challenge at £5 a day, others £10 - its whatever suits you.

All the details of tips to make the extra money are detailed on the thread. Examples of things to do include selling on Ebay, amazon etc, survey sites, selling old broken gold, cashback sites such as quidco / topcashback, savings by bringing own lunch to work, savings on shopping using vouchers or discount codes etc etc. For me, I have a seperate savings account and physically transfer the money made (or saved) from my account to the savings account so that I can see the actual total. I don't always hit target but I am amazed to see how it adds up and even if I don't quite hit target it is extra money that I would not otherwise have had.

A measly £2.46 for me this week, number 36, taking my total to £29.58.

Better than a kick in the teeth but so wanted it to have broke the £30 barrier by now.
