    Fantastic!:j

Need to think about what it will be saved for .... just as an incentive:D. It was supposed to be for something nice this year - I'd love a tablet:o OR a holiday as I haven't had one for 10 years:o so would be nice to do something - even a weekend away somewhere! but ended up being used to try to counter the huge OD that occurred in September :( so back to £0 again!

Will ponder on that until the challenge opens - looking forward to getting to know everyone:D

I tend not to save for anything in particular, however over the past few years it has come in handy for a car breakdown, broken TV, and drowned iPod!
It's been a lifesaver, this year it looks like it may be used in the next week or so to go towards my speedway season ticket.
Others like you save for a specific reason like holiday, Christmas presents, a treat at the end if the year!
Good luck with whatever you decide

I will be back next year. I completely lost track this year and although the money I saved is still in my account, I haven't added to it for months.

I'm chomping at the bit for the new challenge to open :o was soooooo tempted to round down when I was in my account on Saturday - but want to start with a clean slate for the new challenge:)

ohhhhh - and I've decided what it's going towards ......... I've been dying for one of these small Dysons (DM has one) as it's fantastic for picking up the pet hair and really light (which is the problem with mine - I can't lift it up the stairs!) but they are hideously expensive (around £200 if you get one on offer .. upwards!) so def a "needs saved for" purchase!
    Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

    £1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000

Debt free & determined to stay that way!
