Oral B/Braun repairs

Hi,

Must pass on my gratitude to Oral B/Braun who I have sent two electric toothbrushes to . The second one was over 5 years old and they have replaced it free of charge! And the post is freepost.

Well impressed. I was very good as they sent me someone else`s replacement at the same time so contacted them and returned the extra one to them.

I think I could do with sending mine back, the battery is useless now, when new less than 2 years ago it would last at least 2 weeks, now I'm lucky to see 3 days out of it before it dies, what's my chances?

May as well try. Brabantia bins get replaced after ages.

Oral B make a lot of money on the brush heads and won't want you switching brands.

The battery on mine seems to be failing too as after a full charge it only lasts 2/3 days when it would last a week, it is about 2/3 years old so maybe this is expected? I had a leaflet to register it for a free extended warranty, but whenever I've tried the link is down.

Janb6 please could you give me details of where you sent yours too? Thank You.

Managed to find contact details on the Oral B website and sent off my toothbrush and charger. I also managed to extend the warranty by a year online as there was a leaflet in the old box. Today I received a replacement toothbrush with a letter stating it was so. Very happy with service from Oral B:)
