Yeah order if you have a US address and pay the import duty and possible tax. So what you save initially, may end up costing more in import duty.

Plus do Vtech have a global warranty if anything goes wrong with it ?

The US versions also have American pronunciation and spelling.

No, it's region specific, you buy it in the U.S and it goes wrong, back to the U.S it goes. I had a problem with an old product some years ago which I'd bought in Chicago, they said it wasn't covered under the UK warranty, I binned it and bought a replacement in the UK
