I've started a monster!
I spoke briefly to the teacher (He's actually a he, not a she). He seemed confused as to what I was saying and basically fobbed me off with a "Yes, I can see how someone could see it that way"
My thoughts on the tangent
"60 > 30" is read as "60 is greater than 30", but is equivalent to "30 < 60" which is read as "30 is less than 60"

I do, however, have concerns about this teacher. I don't expect primary teachers to understand advanced calculus, or imaginary numbers, but I DO expect them to have a firm grasp of the basics.0 -
