Hi
I was ordering some Fauve lingerie from lingerie-heaven and they told me as they had to order in specially for my order, they could remove my DSR rights is this right? Can they do this? Needless to say I didn't order from there.

Ordering in off the shelf stock to fulfill an order does not negate your rights under the DSRs.0
