Leaving the AA
Cant get through on their phone line to cancel due to long waits of over 10 minutes a time. Can I simply email or write a letter to cancel my membership. It's up for renewal in December and I've no wish to continue. Even though I've a bundle of issues with the AA I believe I'm not obliged to offer a reason? (Not wishing a complaint process to add to my bundle.) Ta for advice.

Have you got auto renew on the policy.
I'd do it in writing as I got stung over the phone. I did get a refund once I spoke to the UK call centre.0 -
I just cancelled the DD, after a few begging letters they finally gave up!0
