Switching gas and electric provider

I am planning to switch gas and electricity provider as I am currently paying too much with British Gas. EDF and Npower have come up cheapest but what is the best way to switch with a reward e.g. cash back etc.

    Yes. Find the best tariff using a comp site, then switch using a cashback site.
    For accurate comparisons use your annual kWh figures, not your monthly DD figures.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
