UKPC. Parking fine for parking in a 'No parking' bay

I have read all of the stickies but need some reassurance please
I parked today with my Blue Badge in a shopping centre's UKPC car park in a yellow hatched 'no parking bay'. There were no other available spaces (either disabled or otherwise) Upon my return I had recieved a notice to pay £70 (or reduced to £35) Not sure what to do now? is it classed as an unfair ticket? Knowing my luck I will I be taken to court!! TIA

Just ignore these clowns. You have done nothing wrong, you don't owe them a penny and you won't go to court. Road markings on private land have no basis in law. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

The Blue Badge does not apply here - Read the booklet that came with it or check the issuing authority website where it will be made quite clear!
You read the stikies and saw the threads/letter chain? Now ignore totally.
This is no kind of ticket at all, fair or unfair. At best it is a speculative invoice inviting you to pay them money for nothing.
Now ignore and keep ignoring UKPC's cr*p.
However, if you must do something, why not go and put a rocket up the store manager about how his/her agents are causing them to fail to provide "reasonable adjustments" as required by the Equality Act 2010?0 -
I ignored the sticker attached to my windscreen. Have received my first letter today. Do I still ignore?0

No you pay it, then pay all the late payment charges until your bank is empty..
Of course you IGNORE them, you will get many more letters and threats, even fake solicitors letters and fake debt collectors letters, all to go with the fake parking ticket the scammers gave you.
This is a scam that impersonates authority.

And what about when you read Crabman's top thread showing you 'your' letters in order, giving you a preview of what to ignore? It's on the top thread for a reason!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We should sing as it is the start of a New Year to the tune of Auld Lang Syne:
Should an age old invoice be forgot, and never brought to mind?
A parking contractor sent it me and said it was a fine
I will not pay I shall not pay I'll keep the cash that's mine.
New year, and the advice is the same old same old, Ignore Ignore, then Ignore some more0 -
I'd say ignore too
although, UKPC are taking my wife to the County Court, had all the papers through etc.
So I guess there is some chance they'll do it to you too - whether or not they'll win is another matter entirely0 -
We await the result with interest. Keep us posted.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
