Lloyds TSB Airmiles Duo Credit Card

I just received a letter from Lloyds TSB saying that "as a responsible lender, we review our lending from time to time..... This is why, from the date of this letter we have reduced your credit limit to £500 and will close your account at least 2 [sic] months after you receive this letter."

Why? My credit score is excellent, I have never defaulted or made a late payment.

Cheeky blighters! They can have the card back but hold on which card do they want? This is the Duo (Amex and Mastercard) but they have mentioned only the Amex part of it. The accounts however are one?

Learn to write a letter and explain to your customers why you are cancelling the agreement.
