Given how many times these "glitches" come up, either Tesco technical department are completely incompetent or it is actually a marketing department viral promotion campaign that we fall for each time that is driving up sales (as they get measured on sales and profitability, some of these may be loss leaders to shift stock or to increase sales).

I'm gobsmacked. I figured I wouldn't bother with the wine deal as the last time I got any it didn't compare. The last wine that did compare was the Gallo Merlot Rose which isn't on a good offer in Asda. The last time Asda had the White Zinfandel on offer this is what happened when I bought it in Tesco:

6 x GALLO WHITE ZINFANDEL 75CL £ 37.74 N/A


They really do make it up as they go along. Debating now if I should get a few more bottles tomorrow. I have a few months supply but it's nice to have it sitting in case they ever cotton on to this!

Managed to get 6 bottles of the cono sur pinot noir for £9.85 sel £2.19 none on thursday but 6 bottles appeared yesterday.

Somebody has already reported yesterday Caz that Asda compared this time and they got the voucher for £17.74 so its a goer. Got my 6 yesterday and debating if I can find space for another 6 might get some more. Really like this wine in a tall glass with lots of ice :beer:.

Worked for me this morning on 3 for 12, total for 6 bottles £13.68. Thanks a lot!

All working this morning - 18 bottles of Lindemans Sidney Cove Cabernet Shiraz (£6.79 headline price) and 6 bottles of First Cape Merlot (£6.99 a bottle) for total of £54.96.

Net £2.29 a bottle.

The 25% off discount ends tomorrow, therefore the glitch ends tomorrow
