m & s card ??

hi i applied for a m & s card on 20 jan , still aint heard anything,

just an email saying youll hear in the post, also it didnt ask online , or mention anything about balance transfer online???

is this the norm for the application or do they ask for bt if you get accepted, i e with the aggreement, im cnfused???:rolleyes:
