i know @ least on person who would benifit from something to get her bum off the couch once a week. Her benifits have not been sanctioned, and she turned down a job "to much hassel"
What do you do about people in society like that DebIT?0 -
DebiT was just explaining about 'why the work programme is illegal', rustyjemma.
If DebiT works for the jobcentre or one of these work programme providers, I'm sure he/she will be able to answer your question.
Thank you everyone for answering my original question, things are much clearer now, but thankfully I have now been offered a permanent contract, so that's me done

Dont get personal with me, if you had read the reply correctly, you would have seen that the person who spoke to me thought I was replying to her post, which I was not. If you get your facts wrong like this in your legal capacity, I pity your clients.
I read your post correctly - it doesn't matter who you or she thought you were replying to - this is a public forum and what you say is said in public. And my clients are fine thank you - how's your job?0 -
the WP is not illegal, how can it be? I am not on a work placement
Article4: Slavery

The Government is all happy with handouts. But prefers the recipients of these handouts to be large, profitable corporations rather than hard-up members of the public.
