Bank charges been piled on by HSBC

Last couple of months, I have gone over my overdraft by 150 twice.
Now, HSBC wacked on 100 of charges last month, and is giving 125 this month!!!
Now, I am in getting into a tight position and these ridiculous bank charges are making my life quite hard. I earn more months than not less than 1k and am minimum wage. These bank charges are making life a lot harder...
Any ideas how to deal with this problem?

Move your wages to a building society account that gives a money card and does no "do" overdrafts.
