Tenant or homeowner?

Hello there,
Thinking of applying for a 0% balance transfer card, and (might sound a bit daft) but not sure what to put as residential status. Husband and I own a house that we rent out, and rent a flat ourselves in another part of the country. So effectively I am a homeowner and a private tenant. I have done the Nationwide soft search quote, and they wanted to know about your 'current home' whereas I know other providers just have a drop down for 'residential status'.
So, am I a homeowner or a tenant? Any ideas?
Thanks for your help
