Can't believe it's December, the year has gone so quickly

Please put me down for 12 this month. I aim to do this by Christmas Day if possible. I'm counting everything in DD/STO, Pressies, food, etc.

Just had a horrible shock the 6monthly water bill is £551.34p, it normally comes in at £2-£300. I kept asking for the known leak to be mended - but it fell on OH's deaf ears and was only mended last month. So it's either a very small pressie or no pressie - I havn't quite decided.

Is there a good thread on here to do with losing weight, I have about 5 stone to lose, and need all the help I can get.
  • I can't believe we'll be getting the advent calendars out tomorrow.

Ooo - you're a star!! I'd totally forgotten I had a chocolate advent stashed in the back of the cupboard *dives into cupboard, throwing lentils and tinned soup everywhich way*

Aha!! And indeed, woo ha ha!:D

:eek::eek: I'm so glad we're unmetered still down here. I think his pressie should be a spanner and whatever else is needed to fix the water leak. Maybe a plumbers merchants brochure?

  • Good evening all!

Think I'm going to be very realistic this month! It's been very hard trying to reach 16 and I don't want to be missing pressie buying opportunities because I am trying to squeeze out loads of NSDs! So can you put me down for 12 NSDs please BDINI!

    Thank you kindly!

    Hi Guys,

Been AWOL for a while now as the last few months have been really unsettled for me. Decided to leave my last job as I felt I was going nowhere and although I am going somewhere in new job, workload has increased 10 fold! But I am slowly getting there thought now would be a good time to officially get myself involved in the challenge again.

Unfortunately with my increased workload, I haven't had time to shop, which is great in someways but not so great as I haven't brought any x-mas pressies for OH! So could you please put me down for 10 NSD's and for 3 in a Row.

    Thanks!
  • Hi guys. As a newbie to MSE I'm taking advantage of everything motivational I can find to help me crack my debts this/next year.
I'd like to attempt 15 no spend days as my first challenge please.
