Can 2 Kindles be linked to the same account?

Evening All
I have a kindle already and have bought one for my husband but we generally use the same laptop (due to the dog having eaten the cable for DH's!), can I load books onto his Kindle ready for Christmas by linking it to my account or will the same books that I have be added to his Kindle?
Mine is called Mrs Kindle so surely there is a way to call DH's one something else and Amazon will be able to differentiate?

I have no kindles , but I have 3 pc's linked to the amazon kindle account and a mobile phone, I can download what I have purchased on any and all of them I hope this helps. Mine are called DebitsPhone DebitsLappy DebitsNetty and DebitswifesPC . If you have two amazon accounts 1 each then I don't know but it should still work.moments_of_sanity wrote: »Evening All
