Hi,
I applied for a credit report in 2008 with Experian, I cancelled my membership within the 1 month free trial period.
I have recently been refused a credit card with Tesco so I wanted to check my report out again, re-registered and got a 'Fair' grading back from Experian.
I have noticed that there are a lot of things missing from my report:
It seems that I have paid for an out of date report!!

I have noticed that there are a lot of things missing from my report:
- I have had a loan with RBS, with no defaults, that has been settled - this doesn't even appear on the report!
- I have 2 current accounts that are not on there
- I have an O2 phone contract (my Orange contract from 4 years ago is on there but not my current one)
- I have finance through a furniture shop
It seems that I have paid for an out of date report!!

Experian is only one CRA. You should request a report also from Equifax and Call Credit for the complete picture. Your other credit agreements will likely appear on one of these.0

I have been wondering about this as well. My credit rating is in the toilet due to some bad calls in the past. I currently have 2 or 3 ccj's registered against me, though they are all quite old and the oldest will drop off in March/April!!! What I have been very worried about actually is that i have checked Experian and Call Credit and my mortgage, which though is under a suspended repo order has been paid in full and on time for the last 15 months is not showing on any of my files!!! I find this very perculiar as the balance on this account is £118K!!!!!
i have asked mortgage co and they dont know, any ideas???0
