I found the self hypnosis tapes really relaxing - or I did until hubby came charging into the room exclaiming loudly "Are you doing that rubbish again?"
It sorta ruined the relaxing vibes! :):):)

• There is a person posting here at
Youreable who is offering free Hypnosis sessions to anyone who is willing to give it a try. operating in the Manchester area.

I'm just reposting his info and not making a personal recommendation.

• My other half trained a couple of years ago as a hypnotherapist. Despite all the mumbo jumbo talked about the subject a hypnotherapist will not make someone do something totally against their will , it is a useful tool but many people go to hypnotherapists to lose weight or give up smoking believing that they don't have to be a part of the loop at all!

It can be magical but it's not magic!

He finds he has the most success when he uses hypnotism and coaching in conjunction with one another. Lifestyle changes can and do work but require some commitment from the client.

I suspect famous hypnotists who charge lots of money have the success they do because anyone paying thousands for a session must already feel pretty committed.

I tried a hypnotherapist for weight loss some years ago and it didn't work at all, although I know people who used the same guy to stop smoking and it worked for them.

The only way to lose weight is to eat healthily and exercise more, we all know that is true and you seem to heading in the right direction, keep it going and you will get there good luck.:)

How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.
