Keeping it short..
Bought item, arrived, totally not as described.
Emailed seller twice with photos. Ignored.
Raised Paypal dispute tried contact twice. Ignored.
Escalated to claim. Seller ignored.
Seller (20,000+ 99.7% feedback) still ignoring.
Paypal says:
The seller has been asked to respond by 27 Nov 2011. As soon as we hear from the seller, or if 27 Nov 2011 passes with no response from the seller, we'll review this case and email you with an update.
Its now late the 29th, will it invariably process on and I should be patient or do I need to jog Paypal? how long should I wait?
Its only a stupid £3.99 item but this is the worst I have ever been treated by a seller, its like they are so big non existent customer service or the odd neg. feedback doesn't touch them.

Do you have the option to close? If not I'd get onto Paypal & ask them to make a decision.0
