Regrettably, we have removed the payment history page from our website;
this was due to problems we experienced after implementing our new
billing system. However, you are still able to view the payments that
you have made by viewing individual statements. To view your payments
please visit the bill history section of the website and select each
statement to view the payments for that time period.

This was response to an email to them. So much for an improved billing system. If your bill is 'normal' then above system works but does not help when you have queries on bill and they have to credit account etc.

Their site is down again for the second day this week. I would assume that the email you received is an excuse, as the gas billing history was "lost" in a website "improvement" around Aug 2006. The electricity history was there mid- Jan on my account:confused:.

They have had consistent problems with bill paying transfers, 3 out of 4 attempts to pay failed for me in the last week, if this carries on they will make a fortune in £5 late fees.

Their website mangement is woefully pathetic.

Just logged onto house.co.uk no problem.

The billing history is there but of course not so many bills to view under new system.

They have removed the payment history completely from new system which is annoying as online bill does not match paper bill

    eg online bill
Balance from your previous bill cr £13.87
    Payments received £0.00
    Adjustments £0.00
    Gas used £200.52
    VAT £10.02
    Bill amount £166.67

My 10 year old could work out that above Maths does not work out but paper version shows a £30 adjustment credit (price dispute) which means balance of £166.67 is correct.
