Utilita prepay meter

I'm about to move into a council property which has currently a Utilita prepay meter installed, I don't want a prepay meter and would rather switch to paying a fixed amount monthly. Would anyone know if I can get this changed before I move in?

Thanks in advance

Its subject to the supplier, some charge a deposit plus £60 change fee, some dont charge anything it depends on the companys policy which cant be over ridden by any regulator.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
