I have been stuck with a credit rating thats bad for ages and no matter what I do I CANT seem to get it better.
I even got turned down for a £7.50 a month mobile.

Have you got copies of your statutory credit files from the credit reference agencies?
What do these show?
Are you on the electoral roll?
Do you have any existing credit accounts open? Or had any in the last 6years that still appear on your file?
Have you been bankrupt or in an IVA or DRO?no matter what I do I CANT seem to get it better.

I just got a free credit check done for the first time. It says "Very Poor" and I don't have anything on my file! Lol (expect a credit card and a bank account) They should change the wording to perhaps to "low" or "neutral."0
