You might like to try having a Penal Order attached if she is playing you up, it can have a settling effect on most people.
  • A penal order requires CAFCASS involvement, and they ask the children what they want. The PWC can alienate the children against their father making a penal order useless.

Officially the United Kingdom still fails to recognise parental alienation as child abuse.
  • Several years ago i had the misfortune to have to deal with the social services. When i was sitting in the waiting area i read through some of the leaflets on offer, apart from most of the leaflets giving ideas on what to blame the male for before they go in!! a lot of them stated that it was classed as child abuse if a male turns his kids against the female. Mind you this one leaflet was produced by some refuge for women charity.
  • lets face it the CSA are not bothered about kids welfare and well being!! I think that they run an unofficial sweep stake to see what case worker can stitch the most NRP's up, They probally have prizes for the best liar, Best suicide, most suicides, case worker who has the most kids on there files that don't see there fathers because of the CSA! you can imagine what the stitch up awards night must be like the CSA x factor, anymore idea's??
  • That was pricisely how it felt when I had to deal with the CSA.

Some kind of contest how much the CSA could get away with defrauding an NRP.

This whole protected income is a complete con ... if you where unemployed you would get housing costs, income support, council tax, perscriptions, £20 aweek what you are allowed to earn without effecting your claim. I think thats works out about £665 amonth, When my protected income is only £494 amonth

Protected income and protected earnings are two different things. They are not the same amount. Protected earnings on a deduction order is the same amount as exempt inome.
  • what ever you say mate its still a big con!!! I know that i will be aprox £200 amonth better off on this new CSA3 scheme if i ever get on it!!! which i don't think that i will if it is anything to do with those clowns from the CSA!!!

On the paper work the CSA sent me, My council tax is not included in my protected income. All my protected income is £494 amonth, whcih the CSA think that i can pay all my bills and live like a King!!! lol
So if my council tax was included then my protected income would be £560 amonth

The protected income is was the CSA have to leave you by law so that you can not say that you would be better of being unemployed

Protected income isn't worked out monthly. Its worked out weekly. If it is expressed monthly, it's more likely that you are talking about protected earnings on a deduction order. Protected earnings isn't meant to be the same amount as protected income. It's the same amount as exempt income and exempt income doesn't include council tax, which is why that is missing.

  • Do the CSA not know that working N.R.P's have to pay council tax? or are the CSA council tax exempt???
  • the CSA are horrendous. my friend has been told his protected earnings are 121 quid but his rent is 89.00 and his council tax is 20 quid a week. how's he supposed to live? he can't afford his bills or food???
