Management is responsible for ensuring that firms comply with our rules and we will act where we find breaches.|"

    This is quite clear in the distance marketing act and you can only be invited in for a general review, so yes the mortgage manager has contravened FSA rulings.

  • This isn't anything sinister. Some bored young man in his early twenties wondering if this is the best use of a first class degree will have used a computer to get a list of people who have both money going to Santander's mortgage account and also failed to check the "don't send me crap" box on a website once.
