New panasonic BM - first bread this morning

Last night the BM arrived early. We were so excited we had to open it in the middle of making dinner. :j
I had got the wholewheat strong flour, but no Vit C so I mixed it 50% with SR white flour.
Followed the recipe for wholewheat 50/50 in all other respects though, and set it for the 5 hour bake.
This morning the bread was ready and I turned it out and let it cool. It was well risen and when I cut it the bread was dense and even. the paddle left only a small hole in the base.
I like the middle size of loaf that i made - just the right size for our toaster.
Taste was a little bland - needs a little more salt for my taste.
I think I will try the 5 seed loaf next as i love the granary style best of the bought breads.
