I am going to be working in France next year for 12 weeks for my UK employer. I will be still be paid through PAYE and will receive a per diem payed into my salary, which will be subject to tax and NI.
Am I entitled to claim any tax breaks and/or national insurance contributions relief?
In addition, can i calim any tax back on living expenses?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Cheers, Bryan

I think you've posted this in the wrong place; this is Benefits and Tax Credits.
Also check with the French authorities that this complies with their rules.0
