That's pretty outrageous isn't it? If you've paid money into an account in good faith and now not only will they release it to you but they're going to take previously unannounced fees out of it every year? THat sounds a bit illegal to me. No expert, but I'd investigate further if I were you. Maybe one of the other forums.0
