I've returned a couple of things to ebuyer, found them tough(ish) but fair, told me to throw one of the items in the bin, they just sent a replacement, it was low cost.
Have you looked at Novatech? 4 physical stores across the South
You can go through Topcashback with them, usual warnings re cookies and browsers apply.Move along, nothing to see.0 -
I have used eBuyer and returned a few things without any issues. In fact one item (two returns) I ended up benefiting by the outcome. The only bad things I can say about eBuyer were their stunt a few days back with the £1 discounts which hasn't helped their reputation in my eyes and maybe their enotes system. Apart from that a good place to purchase from.
Scan, I have ordered from a few times and never had to return anything...fortunately. I have heard some bad things about their returns process and if you check their cover for faulty items that they try charging you for, you might get an idea how they work it. I did read some reviews somewhere about it.
Overclockers, no thanks, never again. Only when hell freezes over.
cclonline, ordered once and apart from the telephone system which didn't work properly the company seems okay. No returns needed so cannot comment.
Play, ordered a few times, had one very good deal on a heatsink which I was sure was mispriced (£15 for a CPU heatsink delivered, £25 + delivery everywhere else) but they did honour it in my case, even though they don't in most similar situations. Not returned anything.
Aria okay but returns never tested
Dabs fast delivery but returns never tested
Lamdatek, ordered a few things for my last build and had to return one without too much issue.
Microdirect, I'm not a fan of this company, they don't like handling returns even though legally they required to do so.
Eclipse, Misco, Tekheads, The Cooling Shop never had to return anything.0
