House for sale with no photos

Should I be wary, the house I am interested has no photos and no details. This house was on the market last July and sold very quickly. Last month, it was back on the market at 330k, 5k more this time. Houses in these areas with much more e.g cloakroom and bigger lounge were selling for 325k two monhs ago. This one is just a small semi with integrated garage and a small kitchen and a box room. I am undecided whether I should request a viewing. The other one I viewed on Monday at 325k in the Harrow area, similar house was selling 300k last yr and much nicer. 25k in a couple of months seems a lot, although it has an extra study room, the house has some issues, boiler has leaked in the bathroon and study. Seller says the issues will be resolved if we want to make an offer. Also this house has no photos. I do not like viewing houses I do not intend to buy and wonder although I like the location whether I should still go and visit houses with no photos. I am loooking in the Harrow area, and there are a difference of 25k between houses in Wealdstone & Harrow & Wealdstone. Houses in Wealdsone seems to be much cheaper. My priority is location and a good area. House has to be within walking distance to the sation? Anybody knows the areas in the location I am looking? I can afford to wait to find the right house but I have been searaching since last February. Thanks

I don't see why not. What have you got to lose?
Last property I viewed with no photos was a repossesion.OD Girls On TourBarcelona 2008 - Dublin 20090 -
The house I am in the process of buying had one photo which was a front view of the house and nothing else. I visited the house and noticed a lot of work that needs to be done, i.e. new boiler, kitchen, bathroom, etc I guess this was probably the reason behind why so many pictures weren't shown for the house I was interested in and could be the same issue with yours.
With any houses your interested in it is a good idea to visit the house and then make an offer. You say its 25k more then previous houses sold but its a good idea to visit and see whether its worth the extra 25k. See how much you need to spend.
With interest rates on the increase it will possibly distract certain people so you might able to negotiate an offer. The worse case the vendor will say no, but then offer another price.0
