Cheap Batteries Ethical?

I noticed that in this weeks 'Martins Money Tips' email there was a link to cheap batteries. I understand that these batteries are a lot cheaper than the usual in store prices for disposable batteries but should we be encouraging people to buy disposables in the first place?

Would it not make sense to at least put a note on this forum to encourage users to use rechargeable batteries; which can be re-used up to a 1000 times and can save hundred's of pounds in the long term!?!
