It does seem to go in waves, don't know why this is in italics, I do but...IYSWIM.

It's now all new TVs and those tablets, keep taking the tablets dcm, not sure you should be washing them down with anything other than water. :beer:
At Christmas it will be connecting new devices/router problems, then viruses in the New Year.

Hammyman was a bit OTT, but I can remember another regular who gave a place and time to 'sort out' differences with another poster, pretty sure he's (she?, to avoid stereotyping) still around, but not on this particular section.

Donnie has had more than one re-incarnation.

A bit of a sobering thought, because we don't actually know each other, some posters could go to the great WEEE centre in the sky and we'd be none the wiser.

Hah, the water down here is harder than the tablets, can't swallow it. Donnie had a stalker de**.**nn I seem to remember, Rik has posted recently but not on this forum, despite my tender years (:p ok, on the forum ) I remember leopard too. I can't really understand why people get so upset you stupid little weekend and evening person :rotfl::mad:

Her who must be obeyed pours my Newkie Brown fallin~down~water with the same enigmatic Monalisa smile every night. In my early years I used to worry what was behind that facial expression .. .. now I only worry in case she spills any

Of late, the last several months, Hammy used to wander around the various boards in a kind of discriminating fashion, but always with his unique brand of assertion and posting style Some of the boards on MSE are wall~to~wall with people who are beset by a whole range of discontents and confusions and are more than willing to click the report button, and importantly go off screen to the PM place and return to act in swarms to get rid of an individual.

He and I have spit blood and teeth on more than one occasion, but I'll be sad to see him go, he thought he was a combination of Jesus Christ & Winston Churchill, but he knew his stuff, had no central conceits, other than a fanatical devotion to the fact he was always right. He was part of the furniture, like a seat on the sofa with a spring that sticks up in the wrong place, but one which you have a fondness for and never want to have it taken away.

I hope he returns along with his melancholy temperament, he was a relic of the age of soot smog and poverty and a savage opponent at times, but because of his terminally provincial temperament was never able to talk a pig into a ham sandwich.

I hope he's already back in the fold under a different nym, reading these lines and swearing under [ and over ] his breath saying - yer fool - yer wron - I'm tellin yer - yer mad Richie from the Boro.

16 old pence .. .. I wish, but there you go .. .. one of the know effects of Dementia is forgetfulness, so you can have your glass re-filled as often as you like my friend .. .. tell the good lady DCM that I said its ok to do this for you .. .. and I'm your personal Physician, that's my prescribed medical requirement for you and its fine to do as WE say.
