Meaningless Bank Statements... Help!

Barclays just sent me their own copy of statement and I cannot find the charges. Do they have the right to make their own copy? Does anybody have this problem? Please help Thank You Andrea

I think I had something similar. You need to look out for anything down as a paid referral. These are the charges you can claim back

Hi, I received Hsbc statements after 2 weeks and Barclay nearly a month. They have apparently 40 days to respond.0
