Lol, that was good 'road kill' Nat!!
Sorry to hear there seems to be lots of problems with buyers lately on Ebay. Although we must remember that when everything goes smoothly we don't mention it, whereas when things go wrong we are more likely to share it, so don't get too put off!! I'm really annoyed about one thing, it was a bundle of toiletries and make up etc - bits that I'd never use and just wanted out the way, and they had quite a few bids, but then jumped up in the last few minutes. Not loads of money but I was pleased enough as the stuff was ultimately rubbish to me. The winning bidder didn't pay, didn't respond to messages etc etc, so I opened an unpaid item case, when she then sent me a message to say she hadn't bid so her account must have been used by someone else. Hmmm, whatever!! But the next highest was only 20p less, so I did a second chance offer, and they accepted it almost straight away. BUT THEY HAVEN'T PAID EITHER!!!! For goodness sake!
Excuse my frustration this morning, it may be because I've gone a bit brain dead having spent the last 25 mins or so doing a follow up survey about dishwashing tabs I was sent to sample.
I don't have a dishwasher!!
And it was only yesterday that I remembered they were in the cupboard and gave them to my mum to use!!Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -
Well, so much for getting everything i wanted doing yesterday! Felt sick all morning, and by 2pm and was spending the rest of my day with my head down the loo
Finally stopped throwing up about 4am this morning, but i feel like i've been hit by a bus. My parents have both had the winter sickness bug so i'm guessing thats what i had. I had 2 off school on friday with sickness but they were only sick twice so i'm not sure what they had
Anyway, long story short, i obviously got nothing done. Apart from the shopping yesterday morning. Pleased i went when i did though because when i walked in the was some lovely lady handing out £10 off £30 spend vouchers when i walked in. Anyway, did all my shopping, handed in my £10 off voucher, then handed in the rest of my coupons which included a £6 off £40 spend. I really thought she would say i couldn't use it because of the £10 one but she never even looked! So with my other coupons, all in all i saved £17.30 :T:T:T Thes best thing is, i would never have even got over the £30 mark, never mind the £40 mark, but with my parents not being well i had a little bit of shopping to do for them too.:cool::cool: Told my mam about the savings and she insisted i kept it all to myself :A
Will add that to my total now. Nothing else to add, but some of the stuff i listed on ebay has got bids so happy about that. Also, hubby dug his bike out which has only been used a handful of times so i'm hoping that will sell after i list it today.
Hope everyone is having a good weekend, and hugs to anyone who needs them. xxxSlimming World Challenge 2017 0/30.5lb
