  • Adding for the week:
    £4.27 interest on £10/day account
    £3.00 Sainsburys coupon
    £2.50 homemade wine savings
£41.26 Amazon vouchers used for xmas pressie
    £14.82 iHerb referral savings
    £4.00 shy foresty people

Total £98.86, so just about on target.

Had some good news about a complaint letter I'd written to the garage that services our car about a mistake they'd made that left us £25 out of pocket. They admitted their mistake and offered £50 off our next service. :j

This isn't due for probably 6 weeks to 2 months, so I won't count it until then. But yay! I always think it's worth writing complaint letters rather than just having a moan and doing nothing.
R.I.P. Bart. The best cat there ever was.

I just looked through an Elle magazine that was delivered a month ago.. I got a free subscription so a nice little thing to come through the post because I would never spend £4 on a magazine!

Anyway, good thing I opened it... they had a free Kurt Geiger gift card on it.. I checked the balance and £25.00!!!! Hard push to find something within budget... but I already needed a purse as I keep losing my cards and was waiting for the sales. But I bought a purse and some hair clips... just had to add £3! Bargain!!! So I am adding the £22 to my total as it is something I never would have had if I didnt check the magazine and card. :j

Both me and OH had vouchers from S&S on the doormats today, so that's £20 to add. We've gone for a few B&Q and Homebase the last few months so that when we move we have a nice little decorating fund stash which is reassuring to know :)

I had also said that I wouldn't be putting anything more on Ebay now till after Christmas, but couldn't resist and have just relisted a few 99p bits, and found a few more bits whilst tidying today to pop on at 99p! Only for 3 days, then that honestly is it for this side of Christmas, and probably New Year. Promise!!

:) Optima semper libera sunt :)

  • I am pleased to add £10.27 to my total today.

This is a whole 14p from surveys & sw*gbucks, £3.06 worth of coupons, codes & vouchers that I used today, so I transferred this amount into my savings pot, £6.76 of shopping points and 31p cashback from shopping online. This takes me to £48.27/£155.00. Managed to get some more of my Christmas shopping done today and I've planned a bit more tomorrow :)
    2nd Purse #036 £46.69/£50.00 :) 3rd Purse £30.02

What is happening to ebay?!! Why are buyers such morons?! I've sold 8 items last week and only 1 person has paid! God I hate it. I've been doing a house clearance this evening and have been ruthless-kids toys have gone in a giant bag along with ex's stuff(shhh!) in anticipation for tomorrows car boot. BUT, I have just seen the weather for tomo morning and Im not impressed...good job my spare room is now clear cause Im gunna have to fill it with the junk for the car boot! :D I'll hold off till the morning to decide what to do.

I found a £10 note in the ex's savings book....it's now mine! He wont know :D
